| I am a retired Army Officer with more than three decades of experience in Training and Development activities. At present I head Col 's Calibre, the most popular centre for Communicative English, IELTS, TOEFL, OET and Personality Developments for placements. This centreis more than 12 years old with the Head Office at Coimbatore. Our Branches at Chennai, Salem, Erode and Madurai attracted students from all parts of Tamil Nadu. Market survey, we are sure, will reveal our status. |

| Today, lack of communicative skills in English is considered to be a major hurdle for young professionals in finding suitable placements. Though this fact is well known to all, result oriented remedial activities are not being practiced. |

| We have been very successfully conducting communicative skills programme in and around Coimbatore for almost a decade. We believe that our Strategy and Drills are very effective as results are produced in a very short time. This has been proved beyond doubt as we have produced a large number of World class results in IELTS ( International English Language Testing System). Our records would definitely reflect this. When we are capable of meeting Cambridge University standards we are sure that we do meet the standards required in India . We say that 80 – 100 hours of 'Quality training time' is all that a good trainer needs to make an educated man functional in English with reasonable quality. The pre requisites are sound strategy, laid down language drills, effective trainers and of course an 'open mind'. |
